Jessica A. Hayes focuses her practice on estate planning and administration. She enjoys assisting individuals planning for retirement, small business owners, parents of young children, and seniors in creating a plan carefully tailored to meet their unique needs and the needs of their families.

With a background in elder law and special needs planning, Jessica proactively aids clients in identifying and minimizing potential future threats to their estate plan, including long-term care costs and estate taxes. She also guides executors and trustees through the process of estate and trust administration.
