Christopher Pocta

Christopher A. Pocta joined the team at Wolcott Rivers Gates in 2022, where he has excelled as a skilled and experienced transactional attorney. Mr. Pocta’s law practice focuses primarily on matters of land use and zoning, residential and commercial real estate, and business transactions. He especially enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of local land use and zoning and a variety of real estate matters.

As a native of Hampton Roads, Mr. Pocta and his family are long-standing members of the local Catholic community and belong to St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Virginia Beach. Chris and his family are engaged in multiple ministry activities, while Mr. Pocta also serves the local community through his membership on the boards of a few different local non-profit boards. When he is not in the office or advocating for his clients, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
