Glen M. Robertson’s practice is concentrated in the area of civil litigation.  He has a broad range of trial practice experience in trust and estate litigation as well as commercial and corporate litigation.  He has represented charitable foundations and trusts, institutional fiduciaries, business and institutional clients of all sizes including large public corporations, closely held entities and sole proprietorships, as well as private individuals.  He has repeatedly been named to Virginia Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite,” Coastal Virginia Magazine’s “Best Lawyers of Coastal Virginia” and to “Best Lawyers in the United States.”  He is an active leader in the Hampton Roads Region serving on multiple non-profit boards including the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce of which he is a former Board Chair and now serves as its General Counsel.
