As an attorney and CPA, David M. Bastiaans has spent his career focused on assisting businesses and individuals in achieving their strategic goals, or helping them solve challenges that may stand in the way of these goals. David has a saying, “If you are not planning, you are reacting!” This proves true for most people in both business and in life. There are those who make things happen and for others, things happen to them. Mr. Bastiaans’ practice concentrates on estate planning, business solutions and exit planning. David’s training as an attorney and CPA, combined with his advanced degrees (LL.M), uniquely qualify him to assist business owners in realizing their personal and professional goals. He has also been certified as an exit planning advisor via the Exit Planning Institute.
