Valerie Foley

Valerie B. Foley is a Virginia Beach native who has been licensed to practice law in Virginia since 2005.   For the past thirteen years, Valerie was co-owner and managing partner of a small litigation-based firm in the Riverview area of Norfolk, where she primarily focused on domestic relations matters, including divorce (both contested and uncontested), adoptions (stepparent, close relative, and parental placement), separation agreements, custody/visitation, support, and division of property.  No longer wanting to divide her time between being an attorney while also handling the administrative obligations of owning a business, Valerie joined Wolcott Rivers Gates in June 2023, where she will be able to fully devote her time and efforts to assisting clients with their legal needs.
